Hailing from the Gatineau Hills of Western Quebec,the Magia Vestis Café Orchestra is comprised of Peter Andrée (accordion), Kate Weekes (guitar) and James Stephens (violin). Formed in 2021, this trio came together to explore different folk traditions from Western Europe,Sweden,Quebec,Venezuela, Louisiana and beyond. Their aim is to create a subtle yet beautiful ambiance that envelops the listener with a mood altering lightness.
